Now enrolling founding centres for 2027

Run a calmer centre. Give teachers their time back.

Kinfold is the all-in-one platform for childcare centres: a classroom app that works offline, a parent app families love, billing and payments, and AI that does the paperwork. Built for Canada and the US.

AI, used carefully

AI that does the paperwork, never the caring.

A person approves anything a parent sees. Your children's data never trains AI models. And every AI feature has an off switch.

  • Daily reports, drafted for you

From the day's logs and photos. Teachers edit, then send.

  • Say it, don't type it

"Maya and Leo napped 12:30 to 2" becomes two logs.

  • A heads-up before ratios slip

Forecast from schedules, check-ins and pickups.

  • Time saved, counted

Directors see the hours their team got back each month.

Security you can check, not just trust.

No trackers, private photos with expiring links, two-step sign-in for admins, and Canadian data hosted in Canada. We publish every third party we use.
