Trust centre
Security you can check, not just trust.
Children's photos, allergies, custody notes and pickup rules are some of the most sensitive data there is. Here is exactly how we protect them, written down so anyone can check.
How we protect your data.
No trackers, published list
No ad or analytics code from other companies in any app. Every third party we use is listed publicly.
Private photos
Photos open only through links that expire within minutes. Location data is stripped, and each family's photo consent is honoured.
Two-step sign-in
Required for owners, directors and bookkeepers, with passkeys supported. Shared classroom tablets use a PIN plus a registered device.
Encrypted everywhere
In transit and at rest, with extra field-level encryption for medical and custody notes.
Audit logs you can see
Who viewed, exported or changed what, kept for two years, with alerts on bulk exports.
Never sold, never trained on
We don't sell data or use children's data to train AI models. It's in our contract.
Your data stays in your country.
Canadian centres
Hosted in Canada, with backups and AI processing in Canada too. Ready for Quebec's Law 25 with privacy impact assessment templates.
US centres
Hosted in the US, run under a written children's information security program in line with the updated COPPA Rule.
Our child safety rules.
They apply to every product, device and partner, and they come before growth.
- 1Parents in charge under 13. No child account without a parent.
- 2Teens private by default. No public profiles, no stranger discovery.
- 3No private adult-to-child chats. A parent or second verified adult is always there.
- 4Every adult verified. Identity, background check and credentials, renewed yearly.
- 5No ads, no profiling, no hooks. No streaks, loot boxes or endless feeds.
- 6A real safety team. Reports reviewed by people within 24 hours.
- 7Well-being by design. Daily limits, quiet hours, natural endings.
- 8Families own their data. Teens control their own records at 18.
