Is there a contract?
No. Kinfold is month-to-month, and you can cancel in the app. Paying for a year up front gets you two months free.
How do you count children?
By children enrolled in the month, whether full-time or part-time.
Can we move from Brightwheel, Procare or Lillio?
Yes. We import your families, staff and balances for free, and you can run both apps side by side for 30 days.
Do parents pay Kinfold?
Seeing your child's day never costs parents anything. From 2027 families can choose optional extras, like a family plan with stories, games and keepsakes. They are never required.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export everything, free, in open formats. Families keep their photos.
